The Silvertop is an umbrella organization for  several diversified agri-businesses - Silvertop Farm (small grains), Silvertop Ranch (livestock), Silvertop Lamb and Silvertop Vineyards and Winery.  It is a three generation family business founded by Joe and Ruth Steichen in 1945.
